Hot Rodz Diner is located in the heart of Crandall, Texas, on Main Street. It is a throwback to days gone by. Our walls are filled with authentic Crandall memorabilia. If you grew up in Crandall, you very possibly will know some of the faces on our walls.
When customers enter our doors, we want them to be transported back in time to a friendly carefree atmosphere. Music from days gone by on the speaker. Conversation at every table. We want you to feel welcome and valued. We want you to feel seen. You may even be harassed a little but it will all be in fun.
Our food is reminiscent of Grandma's home cooking. We offer a little something for everyone from breakfast to lunch with an array of fresh veggies to salads and burgers.

Our Story
Rodney and Kathy opened HOT RODZ DINER LLC on February 1, 2020 just before the world shut down! Having always been a dream to own a restaurant for Rodney we had the opportunity to purchase the business from Rodney's former Kindergarten teacher and her husband. It was previously called Happy Days Diner.
We bring a well-rounded background to our diner ownership. Somehow we survived the shut down and used the time to make Hot Rodz our own. Our heart is to serve our community by providing the best home cooking around. We offer a wide variety of items on our menu. They are reminiscent of Grandma's cooking.
When you enter our doors we want you to feel loved, valued and seen. We want you to feel like you are home. We want you to have a place to be able to escape the noise and reconnect with friends.
